EQUIPMENT FOR THE THERAPY DEPARTMENT

Boxed up.preview Boxes at CoRSU.preview Equipment.preview Florence.previewInterface has been supporting the therapy departments in two Ugandan hospitals by sending out much needed equipment. As well as new splinting material, we have sent out: used splints in good condition (which cannot be re-used here); splints left by reps; text books and training DVD’s – all collected by therapists at the Royal Devon and Exeter hospital.  Between September 2013 and June 2016, we have sent out 453kg of equipment, costing £2,400 to send.  It would have cost approx £22,000 to buy this equipment new.  It gets sent to the therapy department at CoRSU hospital, then gets sorted and some then gets transported to the therapy department at Kagando hospital.
