
Splinting material helping children in Uganda

Interface Uganda regularly sends out splinting material to CoRSU hospital. This allows the therapists there to help maintain good joint positions while wounds heal, or to stretch out scars which make joints stiff, or to protect structures such as bones or tendons that have been damaged and repaired by the surgeons. More equipment on its way to hospitals in Uganda

6 more boxes of used equipment saved by therapists at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital are on their way to the therapy team at CoRSU hospital. One box is going to Ken in Kagando with TENS machines, therabands and a gym ball all funded by Interface.

Dartmoor Challenge 2016
