Donations can be paid directly into our bank account. For more information about donating in this way, please email us at enquires@interfaceuganda.org.

You can send cheques (please do not send cash) to: Interface Uganda, Thatchers Lane, Thorverton, Exeter EX5 5LD

You can donate via Pay Pal / CAF / Stewartship services - if you require more details about these methods of donating just email us at enquires@interfaceuganda.org and we will provide you with any further details you may need.

Dont forget we are also registered with the Inland Revenue to receive gift aid.

Cleft lips and palates

Why repair them?

Can’t suck - babies malnourished and fail to thrive;
some babies abandoned at birth;
some tribes have specific names for individuals with cleft - ‘Ojok; - cursed by God;
cleft children often don’t attend school - teased;
cleft adults can be rejected and do not marry.

The cost to repair 1 cleft lip and change a life: £50

Regular donations from Michael Adams

Michael Adams, a church organist for over 60 years, has chosen to donate the proceeds from his organ playing to Interface Uganda. Most Sundays he plays at the Parish Church of Peter, Paul and Thomas, Bovey Tracey. He also plays for weddings and funerals. We are receiving regular donations for which we are extremely grateful.

Interface Uganda provides splinting material

Darius, Martin (trainee plastic surgeons), Andrew Hodges, Christine Tusiime and Vikram Devaraj

Thermoplastic splinting material is so important after surgery, as it can be moulded to fit the patient and protect structures that have been repaired, or prevent scar contractures. See news story for further details.
