Interface has been associated with Kagando Hospital since it commenced. Andrew and Sarah Hodges lived and worked at this hospital from 1992-1998 and developed their interest in reconstructive surgery from seeing the great needs at this hospital. Since Interface began it has sponsored visits to treat patients at Kagando, and has sent equipment such as operating lights, operating beds and trolleys to Kagando. Andrew and Sarah Hodges still visit regularly to provide reconstructive surgery to the patients in the West of Uganda as well as neighbouring Congo.
